Hi Kat: Had I "spelled" the name correctly (since edited) it would have been easier to get: KOIN--it's the call letters of a TV station (originally a radio station dating back to 1925.)
It's difficult to photograph a high-rise building without it looking phallic--I guess there's a reason for that!
