A miscellany like Grandma’s attic in Taunton, MA or Mission Street's Thrift Town in San Francisco or a Council, ID yard sale in cloudy mid April or a celestial roadmap no one folded—you take your pick.

Pass the Gravy's
Good pal, & San Francisco Bay Guardian “Cheap Eats” restaurant reviewer Dani Leone checked in this a.m. & said lots of nice stuff as usual, but we had some debate about the quality of the mac & cheese at Gravy’s in Daly City (see yesterday's "Drifting on Clouds of Butterfat" post). Now, since Gravy’s is unfortunately defunct, this is an academic argument, sorta like how many angels can stand on the head of a pin. Dani admits her memory might be tinged with nostalgia; I admit mine might be tinged with—how shall we say this—the fact that I’m an AARP poet?
One thing’s for sure—Gravy’s rocked overall.
