My line breaks have been quirky for a long time--it's the way I hear the words; I don't know that they always "translate" properly. But Oliver is right: you can take the same line & break it at different points & the effects will change drastically. Of course the context is important too--the surrounding lines; the momentum.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15687192784861682991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4821243838031243709.post-56183929764291682042010-12-04T19:02:00.145-08:002010-12-04T19:02:00.145-08:00Beautiful list. I've been reading a little handbook by Mary Oliver - effects created by the turning of the line at any of various possible points. More importantly, I'm thinking of my own December imventory. It would make a great theme for one of those group blog things, I don't know what they're called, where everyone writes on the same thing.Sheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08789453390762057934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4821243838031243709.post-69400958380646802062010-12-04T06:19:37.757-08:002010-12-04T06:19:37.757-08:00Hi Tess: Yes, indeed: beans with shredded coconut-...Hi Tess: Yes, indeed: beans with shredded coconut--thanks!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15687192784861682991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4821243838031243709.post-64894966349356789572010-12-04T06:19:11.724-08:002010-12-04T06:19:11.724-08:00Hi Kat: So glad you liked it!
